Working across Australia and New Zealand, SYNC’s pioneering prefabrication, digital design, and manufacturing processes are setting a new benchmark in the construction industry. Our dedicated engineers and designers manufacture high-quality, fully customised bathroom, kitchen, and laundry pods using state-of-the-art prefabrication construction techniques. With local manufacturing facilities in Melbourne’s Laverton North, we work closely with architects, builders, and clients to create innovative and beautiful living environments.
Sync integrates with the construction sequence, finishing bathrooms to completion off-site whilst on-site construction works progress. This can significantly reduce project programs, delivering exceptional value to our clients.
By removing multiple trades from the critical path of a construction project, we can deliver a lower cost, superior quality installation that produces less waste and is more environmentally sustainable than traditional onsite bathroom construction.
Unlike other modular products, SYNC Pods are custom made to your design specifications, and built to suit your finishes and or fittings.
Our philosophy is centred around lean manufacturing principles:
Reduced time — Slash your project programme by up to 30% with offsite manufacturing that’s completed in parallel with your onsite works.
Reduced waste — Our digital cutting machinery increases efficiency and keeps excess materials to a minimum.
Increased quality — Take advantage of production line manufacturing with strict quality control every step of the way.
Increase safety — Our controlled factory environment ensures safety compliance is easily monitored and enforced.
Increase sustainability — Majority of all factory generated waste is recycled.
