Farm stay located in Southern Tasmania

The project is an expansion of an existing current significant agricultural property. The development will create a tourist hub to aid with the Sorell Council’s Master Planning to create Sorell as a bifurcation for tourist traveling between the East Coast, Port Arthur and Hobart.

SYNC was engaged by MISHO+ASSOCIATES to provide 87-bathroom pods across 5 typologies for the project. These bathroom pod types are divided into 2 family types:

Types 1,3 and 4 will be installed on the Pavilion buildings and are similar to the 36 argyle street vibe hotel bathroom pods.

types 5 and 6 will be installed on the backpacker buildings and will be similar to the La Trobe Street Student Accommodation bathroom pods.
