SYNC into quality senior living communities.

This project will feature 118 pods in 5 different typologies and is the first project Sync are doing for Jewish Care. The project is situated in Carnegie, an inner easter suburb of Melbourne and will commence in September 2019 with a n anticipated completion date in December 2019. The pods feature vinyl flooring which is a requirement in most senior living and aged care residences. There will be three wall finish colour schemes: classic, traditional and choice. Jewish Care and S+T Architects have worked with Armstrong Flooring to create 2 custom vinyl flooring colours that complement the wall tiles and bathroom schemes. Bathrooms also feature Caroma Elegance Lever sets for the basin and shower, Surecare Safety rails and Caroma Care 660 Toilet Suite with armrests.
