Sync partners with Pellicano to deliver our first Brisbane project.
South City Square is a $600 million mixed-use precinct in the inner-city Brisbane suburb of Woolloongabba. Set to become a major hub for activity, South City Square combines visionary urban design with a desirable city fringe location.
Comprising of seven buildings – six residential and one hotel – the development will boast an internal square which will feature a mixture of retail, hospitality and public amenities.
Sync have been contracted to provide 224 bathroom pods across ten different typologies for Stage 2 of the project, the New Deshon apartment complex. New Deshon was designed by DBI Design and will offer 140 apartmentsa cross a number of different configurations, including one, two and three bedroom designs.
The 15 storey building will also feature a recreational landscaped roof terrace, a rooftop pool, barbeque areas, a supermarket, and the shell for future retail amenities.
