Described as a luxury redevelopment, the five-star Crystalbrook Flynn chose SYNC pods to streamline the extensive construction process. Builders Prime Constructions engaged SYNC to manufacture 286 bathrooms offsite which were delivered to Far North Queensland. Crystalbrook became a repeat client for SYNC due to their consistent and coherent delivery process to Queensland.

A luxury Art-inspired hotel in the heart of Cairns, Crystalbrook Bailey contains 132 SYNC prefabricated pods over 220 hotel rooms. Manufactured in Melbourne and delivered to Cairns, the spacious hotel bathrooms are finished with chiselled brick wall tiles, matte black joinery, and Smartstone bench tops.

A $600 million mixed-use precinct that combines visionary urban design with a desirable city fringe location, SYNC bathroom pods are used throughout multiple stages of this project.

Providing 224 bathroom pods across ten different typologies for Stage 2, the New Deshon apartment complex features a recreational landscaped roof terrace, a rooftop pool, barbeque areas and the shell for future retail amenities. Stage 5 of the project is currently under construction, this will also be residential with SYNC pods incorporated throughout the apartments.
